What we collect

When you submit a deal, we collect the contact, property, and financial details you enter, plus any documents you attach. We use this only to evaluate your deal and to contact you about it.

How we share it

We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, email, text messaging, and CRM tools), and only as needed to review and respond to your submission.

Text messages

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Acre Equity Funding about your deal submission. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Submissions

Submitting a deal does not create a partnership or funding commitment. Any funding is subject to our review and a signed partnership agreement.
